This is Birth Plan is QUITE extensive and gives LOTS of options for non intervention methods and techniques, while still providing multiple options. We all have our own preferences especially when it comes to a birth plan!

If you’re going through this and thinking wtf is all of this?!
Approach this list as “Birth Prep” 

• “Check” the things you know you want
• Put a question mark next to the ones you haven’t heard of (to research and talk to your provider about)
• Put an X on the ones you’d prefer not to have

Remember, birth plans are great to help us to prep and to align with our provider and hospital, but it’s equally important to be open that anything can happen.
